So who owns the line now? Rusted up old switch stands come a dime a dozen. Or at least they did when was I still working for the SOO/CP in MN. You could find small piles of them here and there, out of public view. I have 3 different types in my garage for the hell of it! Those cast Milwaukee Road high throw stands are heavy old slabs! They also throw a switch over real slick. My fav stands to use when I was working the rails. There is a healthy stack of Racor stands, in the DM&IR's old Proctor yard right now too.
